[OpenAFS] Connection time out, why??

sorry, for replying to myself, but i got some additional information:
While doing vos release group.test i get the following entries in VolserLog:
Thu Nov 21 16:31:53 2002 1 Volser: Clone: Cloning volume 536931414 to new
volume 536931415
Thu Nov 21 16:31:54 2002 1 Volser: Delete: volume 536931415 deleted
So it seems as if the replicated Volume is deleted after the replication and
so the cd into the mount-point fails.
But why??
