[OpenAFS] mixed cells

Hello all,

Is anyone using a combination of IBM AFS and OpenAFS in a single cell?  
What are the pitfalls, gotchas, recommendations, if any?  

Is anyone using more than one cell in a single organization?  Is there any 
reason not to, and is administering multiple cells a nightmare(I suspect 
so)?  What about cross cell authentication, is this a real possibility or 
a pandora's box?
