[OpenAFS] Solaris 2.8 AFS server with openafs-1.2.6 and namei interface?

Hello all,

now we are running our servers (Solaris) with openafs-1.2.6 but not with
namei interface.
I would like to change. And one of our servers is waiting for
migration.
I can remember that there was a CopyOnWrite bug.
Is it solved on Solaris 2.8 too?
