[OpenAFS] vos move & vos rel failing on large volumes

Hi Nomad,
	I just moved moved a 1.4+GB volume which contains lots of little files 
and it took 20.44 minutes.  We are using Solaris 8, traditional 
fileserver (not namei) on a UFS filesystem.
