Sadly you have to
bos stop (host) fs
bos delete (host) fs
bos create (host) fs fs -cmd '/usr/afs/bin/fileserver -options -udpsize
whatever' -cmd '/usr/afs/bin/volserver' -cmd '/usr/afs/bin/salvager'
