[OpenAFS] OpenAFS 1.2.10 and Windows 2000 Authentication

I have installed OpenAFS 1.2.10 on a RedHat 9.0 box. It is the standard
RedHat RPM install. I can successfully login using the client for Windows
98. I can also successfully use the server manager from my Windows 2000
desktop. I am unable to authenticate using the OpenAFS client on my Windows
2000 desktop. The Windows error that I receive when I try to obtain tokens
is: "The AFS Client was unable to obtain tokens as dnaylor in cell
mycell.com. Error: 56(Authentication Server was unavailable)" This is the
same user that works fine with the Windows 98 Client. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
