[OpenAFS] Kernel module (1.2.8-rh8.0.1) not suitable for new RH kernel RHBA-2002:292

The new kernel that comes with:

https://rhn.redhat.com/network/errata/details/index.pxt?eid=1361

Does not load the current kernel module correctly (same problem as almost
every time with a new kernel).

Can some update the prm on www.openafs.org, please.

PS: I know, that I can build one on my own, but our sysadmin likes
"official" binaries plus someone out there may not be able to build new
modules.
