[OpenAFS] AFS Speed

The current release doens't seam to contain that "afsfsperf"-program
(ftp://ftp.stacken.kth.se/pub/arla/arla-0.35.11.tar.gz)

And the CVS version doens't have any configure scipt (this file is simply
not there?!)

Can someone please help?
