[OpenAFS] file-server: salvaging

Hy ,

i have seen the same error on an AIX box on Friday  .

the Box is running Aix 4.3.3 with ML 10 Openafs Version 1.2.8

It will solve the "won't die completely on a panic" problem. Won't solve
the cause of the panic though.
