[OpenAFS] restoring root.cell (RW) when main server dies....

Hey guys.. I'm having an issue in which the server housing our RW version
of root.cell and root.afs has turned to toast.  It could take hours to
get parts
to fix the issue and wanted to know if there was a clean procedure for
Creating a new RW volume from one of the various RO copies we still
have online.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
