[OpenAFS] Gentoo Linux looking for OpenAFS maintainers

1.2.10-rc4 appears to work OK in casual testing. Recall that I'm linking 
against the 2.4.20-gentoo-r5 kernel sources; there are other kernel 
source options in Gentoo that may or may not work.
