[OpenAFS] Load balanced Fileserver solution

AFS works very well for replicated Read-Only data (i.e. quazi-static
data). It does not support replicated read-write data (e.g. home
directories). But its replication system works great for things like
software distribution or web sites, where the data in the file system
doesn't change very often (or changes at somewhat regular schedules).

With replicated data, if a server goes down the clients will
automatically switch to another replication site. Read-Write data on
the down server will be unavailable.

All replication sites are guaranteed to have the same data (provided
the replication process was successful).

Good Luck,

-derek
