[OpenAFS] OpenAFS documentation

Hi,

I have been working on converting the current IBM documentation 
(http://www.openafs.org/doc/index.htm) back into LaTeX, at
http://www.9hells.org/~rarruda/openafs/ you can find both the generated pdfs 
and the LaTeX sources (the LaTeX source files are the same as the current 
ones in http://www.openafs.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/openafs-doc/ ).

This is still a work in progress, but if anyone has suggestions or patches, 
please send them along.
