Compiling openafs-1.2.8 generates a little shell-script "kdump"
that exec's kdump-[kernel-release] but I'm unable to find
kdump-2.4.20-xi ( `uname -r` == '2.4.20-xi' ).

Do I need a special configure-parameter?
