No. In src/venus/kdump.c, change the funny line reading
#if 0/*ndef AFS_ALPHA_LINUX20_ENV*/
to
#if 1
and build kdump again.
(this is from OpenAFS 1.2.6, but in 1.2.8 is not yet fixed, I always wondered
why nobody complains).
