[OpenAFS] enabling dynroot in Windows client

I've searched around the web, openafs logs and the Wiki but can't find 
any instructions on how to enable DynRoot in the Windows client, W2K+SP3 
in this case.  There is no option in the configuration dialog that I can 
find.  I tried adding -dynroot to the IBM AFS Client service (though the 
services control panel didn't seem to work, so I edited the registry). 
But that had no effect.

Suggestions?
