[OpenAFS] AFS Perl API bos & vos requirements (resend)

Anyone can submit patches, and assuming that my quick-and-dirty analysis
is correct, I don't see any major roadblocks to making that change.
Someone (eg, Phani or myself) will simply need to spend a few days to
get that done.=20

Do you think that you can convince the OpenAFS developers to do that
step ?   If so, I will be happy. =20

Maybe I should stop designing the VOS module and wait what will come
out.
