[OpenAFS] Win 9x and OpenAFS Security Advisory 2003-002

For the Windows 9x systems (home use generally), we have been using
openafs 1.2.2 b. The below advisory has come out and has left those
users in somewhat of a difficult spot.

Is there or will there be a stand alone client for this platform? There
are a few alternatives, so what does the community suggest as one of the
better ones?
