[OpenAFS] Windows MSI?

Has anyone _successfully_ created a msi of OpenAFS for deployment via GPO?
I'm attempting to create one using WinInstall LE 2003 with limited success.
I can create a msi via the "discover" process which fails to even start.
But by tweaking the Path system variable, I can get the AFS process to
start.  Once logged in, everything seems to work OK--I can get tokens, map
drives, etc.  But it's impossible to get tokens on logon (even though the
option is checked in the client configuration panel).  It doesn't give an
error--it just never tries.

So, has anyone successfully built a msi of OpenAFS?  If so, can you
share--either the msi itself and/or hints for building one?
