[OpenAFS] Knfs doesn't work on an AFS/NFS translator under OpenAFS

The translator code was never released by IBM, so it's no surprise
that what's in OpenAFS is insufficient.    Although I do have
to wonder why you are using the translator -- what are your
client platforms, and why can't you run AFS on them?
