[OpenAFS] Running bos setcellname fails

After running bos setcellname someserver somecell -noauth I get the error 
bos: could not find entry (can't find cell 'somecell' in cell database). 
The CellServDB and the ThisCell files are the ones that bosserver creates 
when running it the first time (CellServDB containting '>localcell      
#Cell name' and ThisCell containing 'localcell'). Anyone know how I get it 
to set the cellname correct?
