[OpenAFS] Force host CPS refresh?

Is there a way to force a fileserver to refresh the CPS for a client
machine?  Waiting 0-2 hours for the automatic refresh is a pain, and
restarting the fileserver is not an option right now.

In case you are wondering:  Yes, this is to reflect a change in an IP
ACL.  No, moving the volume to a different server didn't work, most
likely because it is replicated.
