[OpenAFS] 1.2.10 and redhat 8.0 strangeness

Someone mentioned a few days ago that upgrading glibc would fix the
pthread problem on 9. Let me add that
upgrading to the glibc rpms from the redhat errata page appears to have
fixed our 'hanging fileserver' problem
between 1.2.10/8.0 as well.
