[OpenAFS] Adding new file server

I'm adding new (second) file server to an existing cell.
First server is also a database server. This new one I want to be only
file server for now.
I did "bos create" and the file server instance is running now. But when =

try to create a new volume on this second file server, it sleeps for a
minute and then it fails with:

myserver:~# vos create -server myserver.mydomain -partition /vicepa =
-name\
test
Could not fetch the list of partitions from the server
Possible communication failure
Possible communication failure

I also tried "vos listaddrs" to see whether the vldb knows about this =
new
file server. But the output contains only the first file server.
Did I forget some step when creating new file server?
