You can't trust google all of the time; the migration kit isn't on that site.

I would invite you to examine the README a bit more closely; you only have
to go through that rigamarole for some software, and the migration kit isn't 
part of that (note that it's in the same level as that README file; you
don't have to read the README to download the migration kit).
