[OpenAFS] OpenAFS 1.2.10 on IBM AIX 4.3.3

Hi there,

thanks to other guys I installed OpenAFS binary on my 595 deskside server.
First thing to notice: There was no v3fshelper binary (vfsck).
After the reboot my system hung, I cannot use it so far.
Question: Can the system fsck on AFS make the system hang? I really do not
know what to do.
Once I (hopefully) get the system back up again, how to get v3fshelper?
