[OpenAFS] OpenAFS rpm uninstall problem

Here's what happens when I try to uninstall this rpm :

[root@neptune OpenAFS]# rpm -qa | grep afs
krbafs-1.1.1-11
krbafs-utils-1.1.1-11
openafs-1.2.11-rhel3.0.1
krbafs-devel-1.1.1-11

[root@neptune OpenAFS]# rpm -e openafs-1.2.11-rhel3.0.1
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.88800: line 2: /etc/init.d/afs: No such file or directory
error reading information on service afs: No such file or directory
error: %preun(openafs-1.2.11-rhel3.0.1) scriptlet failed, exit status 1


I would like to uninstall everything AFS so that I can start from scratch again.

any tips ?
