[OpenAFS] missing library ?

I rebooted the machine that I plan to run OpenAFS on  but when I try to start
AFS it says a library is missing.

AFS module /usr/vice/etc/modload/libafs-2.4.21-4.ELsmp.mp.o does not exist. Not
starting AFS.


Is that something I need to install seperately ?
