[OpenAFS] /afs does not exist

I finally fixed it! The problem was that the AFS server host (rsl155) was
patched last week to ML11 and this overwrote /etc/services where we had
configured kerberos to run on a port different to the default. Once this was
corrected, rsl155 was rebooted and the AFS client on there came back.

This did not fix the other clients though. I found that on the clients which
had gone offline they only had a line for rsl155 in
/usr/vice/etc/CellServDB, not rsl156 which is the other AFS server. However
/usr/afs/etc/CellServDB did have both servers. Once I fixed
/usr/afs/etc/CellServDB and rebooted those clients, those AFS clients came
back online as well.

Thanks a lot to Kim and Horst who helped me a lot on this topic.

JS.
