[OpenAFS] afs fsck

Folks,
We had a mishap today where someone unplugged an afs fileserver (openafs 
1.2.11).  However, fsck was not able to run and repair without user 
intervention.  In /sbin/mountall I have afs doing an "fsck -y".  fsck 
pass in /etc/vfstab for afs is a digit as well.  There was serious inode 
corruption but I was able to repair this manually with "fsck -F afs 
-y".  How can I ensure that this is done without my intervention?
