[OpenAFS] krb_mk_req failure

Actually this function does work in one instance that I know of, that is
if the ticket/token is in the local ticket file /tmp/tkt*
Course, that is not what I want.  I want to get the ticket remotely from
AFS and don't want it to be afs@DOMAIN or krbtgt.REALM@DOMAIN.  This
information is to be used against an imap server so that it can
authenticate remotely using the AUTHENTICATE KERBEROS_V4 imap protocol
command.
