[OpenAFS] Problems with fileserver process after upgrade

	Thanks to IBM/Transarc support, the answer was to run the fileserver, 
volserver and salvager binaries from the patch 8 release.  (So I'm 
running patch 9 with three programs from patch 8 and four with the Ubik 
fixes...  At least I can now go to OpenAFS on my own timeframe.)
