[OpenAFS] Serious sync host problem

Actually, since Saturday.  :)

There is a bug in all versions of AFS prior to OpenAFS 1.2.11 and the
current patch binaries from Transarc that causes ubik to be unable to
establish quorum and therefore a sync site.  You need to upgraded all of
your DB servers to OpenAFS 1.2.11 (or apply a local patch, but just
upgrading is pretty simple).
