[OpenAFS] how to increase space

Sorry for the newbie question but I couldn't really find any specific docs 
on this. I want to increase the space on my AFS volume. Is it just a simple 
case of increasing the filesystem space on the partition /vicepa (i.e chfs 
-a size=+100000 /vicepa) or is it a bit more involved than that?
