[OpenAFS] cache size effect with new windows client 1.3.65

Hi

A while back there was a lot of discusison about the effect of the cache 
size on the windows client performance. It seemed that the benefits of 
large cache sizes were limited. Is this still the case for the new 
client (1.3.65). Also is the slow access to files in the cache one of 
the item Jeff refers to in his to-do list?
