[OpenAFS] OpenAFS on HPPA

I have some HP-Visualize PA-RISC machines that have fallen in my lap to 
be the admin of. I've followed my orders and found something other than 
HP-UX to run on them (Debian). However, that's where the trouble comes in.

I've been able to install and configure Kerberos to authenticate 
correctly. However, we also need AFS to work. I am looking for any 
"current" information as to the status of porting OpenAFS to the HPPA 
architecture. I've talked with one person who stopped working on it in 
2002, but was informed that I need a source more current than him to 
warrant using these as-is for now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
