[OpenAFS] ishield files for openafs win client

i'm wondering if someone can point me in the right direction
for building my own installer for the openafs client for windows.
i've got installshield adminstudio 5.5.  do i need to build the
openafs client from source or are there installshield files
somewhere that i can grab?
