[OpenAFS] res-search in x86_64

don't think we can skip pam as it's used by gdm, sshd, etc to auth 
people and set up the environment.

I suppose I can modify the Makefile, however, presumably there's a 
reason you don't use libafsrpc and libafsauthent as you imply below... 
what are the implications?
