[OpenAFS] OpenAFS for Windows vs XP SP2

Tim,

Can you check your PATH setting in Windows?  My guess is that it's probably
a mess with the multiple OpenAFS installs.  Please make sure the AFS
directories in the path are listed only once.

This will be fixed in the next installer build.
