[OpenAFS] Newbie Question

Hello all,
I'm trying to install OpenAFS version 1.2.11 on Fedora Core 1 and am =
having some problems setting it up which the install doc didn't address. =
I unpack the source and run configure, make and make install with no =
errors. However the doc doesn't say what the next step should be, it =
just talks about starting the bosserver which I tried to do but is =
giving me an error "Problem with /usr/local/var/logs/openafs Server =
Directory access is okay"
I'm assuming I'm missing a step in order to complete the configuration, =
can anyone lend any advice or more thorough documentation so I can set =
this up and begin testing it out.
