[OpenAFS] Salvage loop

After a kernel panic I restarted our server. After that, when starting 
fileserver it always loops the salvage process. It means it finishes the 
salvage and then it starts again and again.
The server version is 1.2.11 (from Debian packages), however in logfile 
it writes 1.2.10.
Any help?
