[OpenAFS] Many partitions: How?

Create additional volumes.

NO DATA should live in root.cell.  root.cell should contain additional
volumes, like user, project, etc.  And THOSE should contain YET MORE
volumes, like user.warlord, user.senseiwa, project.afs, etc.
