[OpenAFS] AIX 5.1 build issue

The PAM Module doesn't build at all.
I threw it out from the Makefile in my build.
Too bad  if you need it :-)

I can take a look at that if you like. Perhaps on the weekend.

As you can see there is no support for building the pam module on AIX=20
in the Makefile.
