[OpenAFS] AIX 5.1 build issue

I took a second look and realized that you're using AIX 5.1 and there's=20=

AFAIK no PAM support in AIX 5.1. After ML01 the PAM Library is included.
So that won't be a big mistake if you just skip the PAM stuff ;-)=20
unless you're really depending on that.
