Yes, it does and is 16 bytes in size.

Done (after creating an instance of kaserver) :

[root@sggs local]# pwd
/usr/afs/local
[root@sggs local]# more Net*

NetInfo
::::::::::::::
192.168.1.1
::::::::::::::
NetRestrict
::::::::::::::
192.168.0.1

No effect. I still get those quorum messages,
