[OpenAFS] Quorum error messages on Linux : OpenAFS 1.2.11 : summary

Something I forgot. Does /usr/afs/db/kaserver.DB0 exist? Is it
non-zero-sized?

Also, Consider putting down a /usr/afs/local/NetInfo containing:
192.168.1.1
and a /usr/afs/local/NetRestrict containing:
192.168.0.1
