[OpenAFS] Typo in dl of OpenAFS 1.2.13 for Debian

Hi,

in the download of OpenAFS 1.2.13 for Debian

   http://www.openafs.org/dl/openafs/1.2.13/debian-3.0/

the file Packagez.gz should be called Packages.gz ...

Also the file "Installation Instructions" in the same directory is not 
readable.
