[OpenAFS] Missing symbol bhv_version_read_lock for OpenAFS 1.2.11 and IRIX64

Thanks for responding. Our current version is IRIX 6.5.19
and I'm installing OpenAFS so we can upgrade to IRIX 6.5.22
which is not supported by IBM's AFS.
