[OpenAFS] Missing symbol bhv_version_read_lock for OpenAFS 1.2.11 and IRIX64

Please forgive me if this is a duplicate message, but I received no
indication that the last one went out.

We're currently running IRIX 6.5.19 and plan to upgrade to 6.5.22.
