[OpenAFS] AFS::Debug is now AFS::Monitor

Hi,

I have decided to rename my recently announced AFS::Debug Perl
module to AFS::Monitor.

This is the result of some discussion after a presentation I gave
about this Perl module last week.

I have renamed everything accordingly and also updated the web page:

        http://www.slac.stanford.edu/~alfw/AFS-Monitor/index.html

The web page now also includes a link to the talk I gave last week and
additional example scripts that work with the Nagios monitoring system.

Please download this latest version from the above web page and replace
all "use ASF::Debug" in your scripts with "use AFS::Monitor"
